 Team Info and Sign Up

Applications for the 7th Annual Boss Hog Cook-off will be taken on a first-come basis through April 27, 2012, with space limited to the first 42 teams. The 2012 Team Application AVAILABLE NOW! If space is still available, applications will continue to be accepted.  A list of teams can be found on the 2012 Teams page.

Teams will be provided with: 20x40 space, water, electric, shared indoor restroom (not open to public) and shared indoor hospitality room.

Teams are encouraged to sell samples to the public but are expected to provide their own paper goods and money to make change.

 

Set-up will begin at 8 a.m. Friday, May 11th and must be completely set up by 3 p.m. Winners will be announced at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12 th and teams are asked to remain on site until gates close at 5 p.m. A fine of $100.00 will be charged if a team leaves before 5 p.m. * Thursday afternoon set-up will be considered on a needs-basis.

All golf carts or recreational vehicles are prohibited from riding on the grassy center field of the Boss Hog Cook Off. All operators must be 16 years or older.

Teams will be allowed to park in the gated lot to the left of the center field. Vehicles will not be allowed to park at a team's cook site.

Our King of the Wing (chicken wing competition) will be held Friday night. Wings will be provided for teams to cook for judging and to give away for public sampling. The contest is free to all teams, and cash prizes will be awarded.
